Yeah..Damon turned human in the books. Stefan getting the cure would be anti-climactic. He's not going to be any different...he'll just go on a bike ride or buy new diaries with matching stationery.

IF IT'S KOL WHO GETS THE PERMANENT RESURRECTION, I WILL LOVE PLEC FOREVER.
Seriously, if she had him stay and then go with his siblings to the spin off, I think a TON of people would suddenly start supporting TO again. It's really the smartest thing she could do right now, especially if she plans on continuing with the baby plot. WE've pretty much had confirmation that Kol, Alaric, and Jeremy will be back. I'm scared it will be Jeremy, but where would he fit in? He's still in high school and everyone is heading off to college. Same sort of applies to Alaric as well. BASICALLY EVERTHING IS KOL AND NOTHING HURTS.

When did Kol's return get confirmed? Why do i always miss the good spoilers.From some things Plec keeps saying. One girl on twitter tweeted her and said something like "Kol fans plan on boycotting" and she replied with "if they do that, they might miss something". And then another girl asked her if she sees her mentions spammed with Kol trends and wanted to know if she knew just how much people wanted him back and she replied "yes, I am well aware. I just can't reveal spoilers". That sounds a lot different then when she was promising we'd get Kol flashbacks. Suddenly she's clamming up, which makes me feel Kol is definitely one of the ghosts they see. How could he not be? I'm so torn on who it is. Jeremy seems likely, but where would he fit in? He's still in high school and they're all taking off for college (where Damon will tag along...lollolol). Same with Alaric. He's a high school teacher, unless they decide to give him a college job? And does Matt Davis want to return full time? Kol would just reunite the fandom and people would be 100% more excited about the spin off. If I can't have Kol, I guess I'd want Alaric back. |

I'd go back to crying in one corner if Julie wasted this opportunity to fix things. I agree, Kol will reunite the fandom and the thought of him giving everyone in the spin-off a hard time is GOLDEN! But I also think that given how they already did a major disservice to the character in 4X12...the plot to take him down, Kol being awfully OOC...makes me wonder if they won't. But who cares? We would love it!!! Is this one of the two cliffhangers we are going to be getting? None of the characters are going to find out but we'll see someone, getting to their feet in some deserted area and his face in the half-shadows and BAM!! Only an Original could pull off the overwhelming significance of the "resurrection" moment. Not Alaric. Not Jenna. Not Jeremy. Not Lexi. Not anybody. I'd take Mikael too. Yes, father or son. Mikael's presence would be too strong for the spin-off but it will be amazing. The plan, the setup looks straight-forward...infiltrate, uncover and take back the city. I'm sure it won't be that direct come October but there has to be a third force. Come on Mikael!! What if it's Qetsiyah?  |

JoMo, No don't. But never stop! Who cares about who's getting the Cure when THIS MAN is walking around? And the Klaroline scene? And Klaus and Rebekah? And Kol's resurrection? Even the incorrigible Tyler mentions will not put a damper on my mood. I'm certain that he won't be returning in this episode. God help me if he does! |

I don't think we'll see Tyler until next season (if they even bring him back). I'd like to think the majority of KC fans are excited about the new promo pics, I'm definitely in that group! Can't wait to see what the next three episodes have in store for us, especially after Candice's interview with Robyn. |

I have such a good feelings that he'll stay, but I'm afraid to hope. Kol can come back, leave with Klaus and then I can ship him and Sophie together..lol The stills. THE STILLS. It totally looks like Klaus is either going in for a kiss (cheek?) or is just pulling back from one. And how his hands are first on top of her arm and then it's lower...like he's running his hands up and down her arm. GOODNESS CAROLINE, HOW CAN YOU RESIST? I've seen a few people speculate maybe she is smiling at Tyler in that one, but I don't think so. First because in that scene it's day time and in Klaus' scene it's night. Klaus might pardon Tyler, but there's no way he's going to let him come back and them both just hang out at grad. I just don't think Trevino is back anymore this season. If anything, Klaus tells Caroline that Tyler is free before he goes and that's the extent of Tyler's part in the finale. Trevino also seemed pretty busy in LA around the time it was filmed. I can't believe Candice actually gave a pretty pro-KC interview! I'll see if that feelings change when we get the Tyler/graduation part of the interview tomorrow..lol. I think she pretty much confirmed that the Hayley/Baby thing is something Caroline doesn't find out about until season 5. Hahaha, oh Klaus. Just like a guy, keeping quiet about the baby mama drama at home.  |
