Yeah, he needs a BIG wake-up call regarding Elena. I think it's coming, unfortunately for him. I don't see him and Elena as being endgame, as much as I root for Damon. I'm actually not sure either of the brothers will be endgame, to be honest. I'm leaning toward the theory that neither one of them gets her in the end. Ahhh poor Damon  I just hope he understands that she ISNT herself. yeah maybe Melena could be endgame for all we know but im just gonna continue hoping Stelena is instead. :') |

Wishful thinking. This is probably more like what will happen. link -- tumblrWell, I'll fourth it then. Yeah...this is probably gonna happen. LOL..at 'Caroline's poker face and not saying anything'.  This episode also has much going on... a flashback, DE on rooftop and club, Elena's secret agenda, something that has the rug swept from under Damon's feet. I only hope we get a considerable time of Klefaroline because none of the other stuff sounds fascinating. Someone better bring up Damon killing Lexi for his S1 diabolical plan....fat chance, since the only one who could do that is Elena and she couldn't be least bothered. I remember that season 2 moment..."Elijah's Dinner party" I think and Stefan mentions Lexi to Damon in the cellar, asking him if he remembered killing her. The expression on his face was so heartfelt. |

I'll 5th it. 4 months ago I would have been fine with the "Caroline is mean, Stefan is indifferent, they both play Klaus" thing because OMG AT LEAST THEY ARE BREATHING THE SAME AIR, but now it's not enough. I think Klaus putting up with it is proof just how MUCH he wants someone to like him and it breaks my heart. |

I just think Caroline needs to be reminded that Tyler leaving town was part of their AGREEMENT. But at the same time, I dont blame Caroline for sprialing atm. Her bestie just tried to kill her. Like I said, Im team Caroline and team Klaus so I cant really agree with one of them more than the other, you know? LOL But yeah...they just need to talk. |

I think Klaus putting up with it is proof just how MUCH he wants someone to like him and it breaks my heart.Exactly! Klefan is truly something odd and special. This thing he has with Stefan is the most normal thing about Klaus. He just wants someone to be his friend. It's that frickin' normal!!! It's so normal that none of the other characters have anything like it or would even look right with it. I think most of it lies with how Klaus expresses it...an old sentiment sort of thing, especially in men. The fact that he pulls this off so convincingly and as well as being the most evil guy in town, is simply enough to send anyone bawling to one corner of the room! Yeah..he did kill Stefan's girlfriend knowingly but he probably thought Elena was too bleh...for Stefan. "He'll thank me later for that" and all, you know.  And then he kinda made up for it by openly shipping SE, as a way to show his support for his friend...LOL! And the worst part is that Stefan gets it, he actually "gets" it. But I guess he drops a few brain cells every time he thinks about Elena...so yeah obviously, he has gotten beyond repair. I can't imagine what the final Klefan moment will be like...I know I will weep for a month!  |

Eh, I don't think he's the jealous type. I mean, even when she was with Tyler he acted more amused that she was with someone like that then anything else. Even him getting rid of Tyler had nothing to do with Caroline. It was all about getting even with him for the hybrids, for the cement plot, and for trying to figure out a way to kill Klaus with "a certain amount of flair". If Klaus had been jealous and wanted to get rid of the competition, it would have happened a LONG time ago. |

I actually do think Klaus is the jealous type- remember the flashback ep in which we got to see the beginnings of Klefan? He HATED Stefan in the beginning, and I got the impression it was solely because he felt as though Stefan was intruding on his relationship with his sister. Then when he realized Stefan was willing to include him, he warmed up to him right away.
I do think he is jealous, deep down, whether he wants to admit it to himself or not. We have seen many, many times how much he wants to be loved, and how afraid he is of being alone; for him to look around and see all these connections people make, all these relationships and friendships and interactions which never include him--that's got to be utterly decimating for him.
I don't have much hope for Caroline this episode, but I at least want to see Stefan be nice to him. His brother just died. He probably has werewolf cooties. He NEEDS you, Stefan.
