My fear is that we're going to get this awesome episode, full of KC development, maybe even a kiss (or almost kiss. I'm going with almost kiss right now) and then 4x19 rolls around and it's like it never happened. She'll cry and will wish he could return and I love you's will be shared and I will be staring like this at the tv:

I saw a theory that him and Katherine are plotting to give KLAUS the cure. Uhm.....how about.....NO. Any of Klaus's siblings wanting to give him the cure is stupid. Klaus + vampire cure = death because there's no way Klaus's enemies will refrain from taking the opportunity to kill him if he's no longer one of the most dangerous supernatural beings in existence. I hope whatever it is Elijah is doing in this episode has to do with Kol. He wasn't around when Kol died so it would be completely unrealistic if he doesn't return [censored]ed off at Elena. His reaction to his little brother dying is something that shouldn't be skipped over.

Seriously, I'm not worried about 4x18 (unlike a lot of other people). In Joseph we trust. When he got asked about Klaroline, he said 4x16 would get him hate mail (I hope he didn't get any, but #accurate). Didn't even mention 4x17 (which was a pretty good episode for KC imo). Said 4x18 was not to be missed, which I take as meaning that 4x18 will be even better than 4x17, so I'm staying calm for now. But the truth is that I would be much more optimistic for the aftermath if we hadn't been spoiled about Tyler's 4x19 return. *le sigh*

LMAO THAT GIF. #DEAD I laugh too easily. I'm with Tania on this one... (Again) I'd be more positive about the aftermath if Tyler wasn't making a cameo. BUT we still have grad ^_^ Oh and I have no worries about 4x18 as well but IM WORRIED ABOUT KLAUS. Silas is gonna be BRUTAL

I'm not that worried, honestly. Maybe I'm just being way too laid-back about this, but the thing is, from everything I have read, Trevino is pretty much off the show, most likely for good, excepting maybe a guest appearance here and there. They might have a moment in 4x19, but I'm betting it is going to be a bittersweet farewell to the Forwood ship for good. The only thing I'm worried about is that it is going to be yet ANOTHER good-bye/break-up/closure scenario, which irritates me, because, though I ship Klaroline, I actually liked their farewell on the Gilberts' porch, and I feel like it takes away from that moment to keep bringing the situation up again and again.

I saw a theory that him and Katherine are plotting to give KLAUS the cure. Uhm.....how about.....NO. No. no. No. I would HATE that. How would that keep his family together, if that's what Elijah wants? Klaus would be a werewolf, which means he'd just die of old age. It would be horrible! I'm hoping Daniel is hinting that it's going to make fans of the main triangle horrified. He talks a lot about Elijah and Klaus' bond and JoMo said that the family would be getting stronger, especially when Elijah returned, so I just can't see Elijah plotting against Klaus in THAT way. We know he goes with Marcel's enemies in the spin off, but that's to save his brother. Sneaking him the cure wouldn't be saving him, just sentencing him to death. I feel like we can never catch a break..lol. Now we gotta worry about what Elijah is doing and how Tyler is coming back for his weird one scene. JP mentioned that there's some sad-but-sweet moments in the prom episode, which just screams TC. All this "he's never coming back" and the "dear John" letter just seem ridiculous if he does come back for a dance. Makes no sense. I'm still clinging to the daydream theory with both hands. I can't see Elijah plotting to give the cure to Klaus either. Remember the last time we saw Elijah...he was bargaining with Elena to return Klaus' body and he CRIED upon hearing of his death. *sobbing* HALP! THIS FAMILY. And this is the same man who was ready to kill his own brother because he thought he had lost his family to him. It's very likely that Elijah would go after these guys for killing Kol! I hope he has some choice words for Elena. But Rebekah is very much on Elena's side...I hope she's not in on the plan to fool Elijah. I'll be okay with that if only Elijah manages to convince her to give up on her dream to be human again. I'm like Daniel Gillies...I don't care. I'm just dying to see Elijah again. Whatever he does will be wonderful... I'm dreading 4X19 too...Forwood this season was just way over the top. When they were having grief-sex...I was like, "These guys are so over now". Who even cared about them before Klaus got involved? Their break up scene was their best scene and anything else they tried to sell fell flat. And I absolutely HATED the fact that they had to break up because of Klaus. What was the whole point of it all if Caroline wasn't meant to grow out of Forwood? Okay maybe I'm being harsh, but it just annoys me that they're given so much importance when they don't even have a story. And I agree that Tyler coming back for one dance doesn't make sense, after the letter and all that. And he was supposed to run and hide in a place Klaus will never find...kinda makes it laughable if Tyler snuck back to town so soon. I'd hold on to the daydream theory too but it seems like he's gonna be there in person anyways ...what with his 'ONE PIVOTAL' moment with Caroline. I wonder how that could be achieved with a daydream but if it is a dream, it's going to be one full-on Forwood moment and we've had enough of those with the phonecalls and the letter. Any more will be just bore us to tears. I'd rather have him return so Forwood can have a full and final closure...the kind of closure that was actually meant for them. lol...I'm so mean, I know. I still somewhat like Tyler though and Trevino is just awesome...see I'm wavering here, I don't want Tyler's heart to break like that either...really cruel. I also don't want another break up scene because of Klaus...if it comes from Caroline herself, it's alright but everyone will still be wailing about how Forwood broke up again for Klaroline. I hope whatever happens will have some depth. So mad at everything.

You mean Elijah might show the wrath that Bek and to a lesser extent Klaus haven't shown over the death of their brother? It would be impossible for them to kill the main characters. And I'd wondered if Klaus wasn't seeing the big picture and trying to get the cure before getting his revenge on the MF gang.
Mandy, I love that graphic too!
Has it been spoiled that Tyler definitely shows up at the dance? I'd wondered about a phone call and we see his face. Just like we did when Klaus went to Italy.
I wonder if Bek will finally get to go to a dance? She's going to be all the way up in PA in 4x18. I also wonder about the color of April's dress. Not.

Something just popped in my head. I'm wondering if 4x18 is a screen test to see how Candice and Joseph handle being the main story line. I think last week's epic fail was the one with Hayley/Phoebe. And you see how that went. Candice is in a great position. She is a vital asset to both shows. This is a great theory. I don't doubt that them being a major part of the story line is to go deeper. I think that the writers know that Caroline and Klaus (separately) are fan favorites, and then together, are just amazing. I hope that the episode is huge. I want Caroline to pop up in the Originals, so badly. Me too! And I think she will. It's only a matter of time.

She could stay with him forever stuck in tha town. Klaus is the opposite of that for her. I'm wondering if Tyler has the opportunity to hurt Klaus and she prevents it. Therefore, killing Forwood once and for all. Or what's going to happen when Tyler realizes that she has the opportunity on 4x18 to kill Klaus but helps him instead. Or does Tyler die?

I would LOVE to see Tyler try to hurt Klaus and have Caroline step in and stop it.

Not.It's been spoiled that they share a dance somewhere in the episode. That's the moment. If it's GOTTA be real Tyler being a fool and sneaking back into town, I hope it's because he's in a new pack and they just happened to be close to MF and he decided to stop in and see her one last time. Let's her know he's happy, he's away from all of the bs they've dealt with for 2yrs, etc etc. Probs won't happen, but it would be so nice. I would be SO happy to see Elijah being the one to exact revenge for Kol. I'd also like him to sort of laugh at this "new" Elena. It's only been 2 episodes and I am tired of it.

I'm sure we'll never see Tyler around Klaus again...ever again but it'd make a great scene if Caroline actually stops him from hurting Klaus. Imagine the look on his face...LOL Gah! Tyler and his dratted 'pivotal' moment!

Do you think caroline is an hallucination on the promo ? I think she is; what she says, and the way she says it, just seems odd to me. I think Julie's spoiler that he is 'diseased' has something to do with it. It may not necessarily be that Silas is in his mind making him see things, but rather that he is hallucinating because of that stake in his back. I think he's going to have symptoms similar to what a vampire experiences when they are bitten by a wolf.

I'll check in with your later." Or something close to that. I think he's going to wear Klaus down with the stake induced sickness and try to get him to help.
