NO. Indeed. Why would they do that?! And to have Klaus be interested in someone else that quickly would be a little unrealistic. It took him HOW long to actually love? But how she's all into if people are born evil  It's like Caroline almost set someone up to come along with that question with her dying speech. Eugh! I'll watch it. I may cry every time Klaus kisses someone else (her  ) but I'll do it for JoMo! Believe in Klaroline, believe in Klaroline, believe in Klaroline... LOL just stay calm. I'd be cool with Klaus pulling a Damon just to p* the time...because we all know he's waiting for his Carebear  and Jomo is TOO sexy. *drooling* So yeah, Im gonna have hope for klaroline still.  just fangirl over jomo's latest tweet...i promise it will make you better right, I am TOTALLY cool with klaus having a few hook-ups until Caroline comes over. My eyes need to see this. Haha, doesn't this always happen? JoMo always tweets something that could be really positive at the same time we get news that makes some people upset. |

regardless, im gonna watch to support jomo (obvs) but im just so annoyed at this particular aspect. Why is she BLONDE? Why does she have BLUE EYES? Why does she have a similar name? Good God, they're not even being subtle about this...Im usually positive about KC but Im feeling really down atm  ....MANDY!  I thought the same thing when I saw the picture earlier. Really? HAHAHA They couldn't have made her look different... anyway, like Mandy, I'm not going to worry about all this. I'm still way too interested to see what's up next for our pairing in TVD. We still have a lot of episodes left I hope that Caroline eventually crosses over and like Mandy said, BAM! REAL TRIANGLE! |

LOL I just remembered....before careenah blocked me, she told KCrs and I that camille isnt a love interest and she didnt mention a triangle. Just goes to show how UNreliable she can be...  |

That article is literally screaming an Elijah-Camille-Klaus love triangle! Thank you guys and Mandy...great voice of reason. Camille does sound VERY interesting...smarter than Elena for sure She sounds way better than Davina and Hayley (AND we have MET Hayley...still not impressed). I think all the relationships/feelings on this show will have a deeper sense of meaning, darker maybe. There won't be much of anyone childishly nagging on the morality of everyone around them....hopefully! The article says Camille is the last regular to be casted.... See, I was hoping they would bring another female supernatural character, an old one...it'll be an interesting dynamic for Klaus or Elijah. Marcel will just have to do. I forgot about the other witch... Sophie? Okay enough female characters for now. |

I'd have to agree with Kat that they couldn't be any less subtle with the similarities between Cami and Caroline. And I forgot Kat, your friends were called insane for mentioning her as a love interest. Hmmm... There's an interesting pact going around on Tumblr. Can we follow it? Didn't one of the articles I read say Cami was a bartender? You know to earn money for that grad school? Maybe that's how she comes into contact with Klaus. Cause we know everyone is MF is borderline alcoholic. |

Though some could already feel a sort of detachment towards Klaroline...it's also become stronger than ever...EPIC and has eclipsed quite wonderfully. One of the reasons why some Forwood people, Carina come off as really mean and overly-biased towards Klaroline...because they know that nothing could ever beat their standard and their "But he killed Aunt Jenna!" and "He's pure evil" have long since started to fall flat. I just have a very good feeling that we'll see Caroline again in the second season or something. What is it that everyone keeps saying, KEEP CALM AND SHIP KLAROLINE. |

KC really are epic and powerful, especially after that last scene. Its a dark, intriguing dynamic. Im having hope as long as I can and yes, TPTB know we love Klaroline so I dont think ALL hope is lost...we just gotta continue to be vocal about it. Which isnt a problem considering #Klaroline (in US) and Klaus and Caroline trended (worldwide) during 4x13. Dont shut up guys, basically The only thing Im watching the spinoff for is for my bby originals and marcel. until KC arrives, I'll still watch it....I'll just add another reason |

Yep, I'm just not going to worry about any potential pairing for this show right now. At this moment, Klaus is in MF and it seems that Klaroline are sharing more and more scenes. They are building them up for SOMETHING, so I'm not nervous about it. Since Camille will be drawn to Klaus, this means she's going to want to get to know him. And then she'll find out about Caroline, and she'll keep bringing her up and then we'll get KC scenes without Caroline there...lol. Someone told Carina last night that they couldn't see Klaus ever falling for a human and CM said back "yeah, because a character can never evolve or develop" or something like that. Which is true, who know what sort of changes Klaus will go through (although if he did fall, he'd change her into a vampire, no question) it was just sort of annoying for CM to say it, since she's been all about klaus staying evil and NOT changing, but suddenly now it's ok.  |

When we first read about Camille a month ago and some people started speculating that she'll be the love interest, I thought "she'd better not be a blonde blue-eyed Candice look-alike". Oh well. Having said that, she-who-shall-not-be-named is obviously speculating at this point (she said Camille could find herself between the two brothers, not that she will) and she has already made some similar speculation about Hayeley, so I don't trust her words. I really believe that she doesn't have that much info on the spin-off. E.g. as Mandy the twitter-spy told me a couple of days ago, they had already casted Marcel by mid-January, before the spin-off got announced, and at the time she-who-shall-not-be-named was speculating that Klaus will die at the end of this season. She clearly had no idea about what was really going on in the production room. IMO, it's still too soon to be certain about anything re:the Originals. Vicky Donovan was supposed to be a main character when TVD started, yet she got killed in episode 7. Not to mention that Julie Plec takes fans' reaction very seriously. I can see her changing her mind about certain plans if they get tons of backlash. If you think about it, even Klaus' survival is the result of Julie listening to the fans. |

Btw, if/when they decide to give Klaus a love interest, the best option IMO is for her to be nothing like Caroline, both physically and character-wise. It would be much easier for the fans to get invested in a completely new relationship rather than accept a Caroline-lite. The fandom isn't stupid, if Julie tries to give us a 'replacement', people will just get more stubborn against it.

I can get behind a new love interest for klaus (IF they play klaroline right) but I don't want to see Klaroline 2.0. I need to see something completely different. That way, it's even more impact-full when Caroline made her way over (I still really think she will at some point). It's unfair to the characters how much everyone is against them already, but a lot of that is because people area throwing out "love interest" in the description of their characters (has happened with both Camille and hayley so far). Let people draw their OWN conclusions leading up to the spin off. ETA: "Twitter spy Mandy". I like it! It's almost scary the things I am able to find out on there now. |
