I think if Claire does stay on TVD, they'd use her to sort of connect the two shows. klaus would cross over to TVD when rebekah was in a bind, she'd go over to this show when they needed all 3 Originals together. PLUS, she'd be in all flashback episodes. So right now, I am ok with her staying on. Just depends on her story line. If she just gets bossed around by Elena, no thank you. Hmm...I hadn't thought about that but you're right Mandy. Rebekah staying on TVD could be an excellent way to provide us with crossover episodes.  But I still feel weird about the potential of Phoebe Tonkin being a lead in a show about the Originals, and actual Original Rebekah not even being in it. My worst fear is that they'll make Hayley some sister to him in the SO while Rebekah is in TVD. But yes, atleast make Rebekah the lead. Ugh im annoyed tbh. first kol, then this? Im not excited for hayley, at all. Heck im looking forward to that 16 year old witch more. -__- |

Cross overs are possible. and Rebekah is still livid at Klaus and preoccupied with her own issues it seems...I do want them to make up though, soon!! My shipper heart is happy but im sad for klebekah.  Klaus isnt chaste LOL... Ofcourse he isn't!! Can you imagine a 1000 years and still...  I just meant the way he's kept like that on TVD amongst these other people. LOL im surprised Elena, Bonnie, Caroline, Katherine haven't jumped him yet LOL. |

Seriously, do they want to deal with a LOT of flashback episodes? The killed Kol and now Rebekah is likely to say on TVD? What's Klaus gonna do without Caroline and now without Rebekah too? I suppose it's for the best. He'll just have to go bother his big brother now You know I'd always imagined that it would be Rebekah who'll get Klaus to a good place about himself....but *sigh* It turned out to be Caroline. Now I just want to see a Klaus and Rebekah reunion! Was hoping to see Klaus turn into a wolf before he leaves TVD but no, I think they will save it for the new show....eeeek!!  And they also can't keep him that chaste (like they've kept him on TVD...for two seasons?!!! Unbelievable. If Klaroline ever kiss, my screen is going to EXPLODE and I'll never recover...forever) To think that Klaus will get both a transformation scene AND a love scene just makes me giddy! That right there is all I need to be excited about this show They better give Klaroline a kissing scene if they don't cross the relationship over or I think the fandom would revolt...haha. I think they'll probably do more flashback episodes then they do on TVD. |

That's exactly why she should be one of the leads on the spin-off, so that there's plenty of opportunity for her to work out her problems with Klaus.
I was already beginning to get the impression that Rebekah was going to stay on TVD since Julie has refused to state her role on the spin-off, but it's really disappointing to hear my assumption is in fact the plan. Rebekah belongs on The Originals. She has no relationships on TVD that are better than the dynamic with her siblings.
They can come up with reasons to do crossovers without keeping Rebekah on TVD merely as a plot device to merge both shows when it's necessary. Elena and the gang get themselves into enough trouble that they'll continue asking the Originals for help just like they were doing before the spin-off.

I hope she will have nothing with Klaus.
I still can't believe they will ruin Klaroline because of this spin/off when they don't even know If it will be really succesful....and Klaroline already has a huge fandom.

She has said something like this in every article that she has wrote. Remember when she was saying that maybe it would be a Klaus/Hayley/Elijah triangle? lol, she's just speculating. Hollywood reporter also did an article on it, and didn't mention ANY potential pairings whatsoever. and even if Camille IS a love interest, it doesn't mean it goes anywhere. i mean, look at Klaroline..lol. We are a year into Caroline being a love interest for Klaus and they still aren't together. Plus, it would be sort of nice to see someone crushing on Klaus for a change, even if he didn't have those same feelings. Or maybe he WILL have some feelings and then right when he's getting them, Caroline shows up and BOOM, there's the real triangle. I fully expect for them to chemistry test klaus with all the girls (minus the 16yr old) because you just never know what will stick. I won't hate on Camille because she might be a really cool character, and she might just be used as a distraction until they bring Caroline over. you guys know me, I don't get upset about stuff like that. I feel like klaroline still has a lot of GOOD development ahead of them. But I REALLY wouldn't get upset about something that CM reports. |
