Im officially putting that death thing on the BS list as well. ;D yay! So...will hayley intiate her plan the same time Tyler is? Will Klaus find out about both plans at once? Im so confused LOL. So since Klaus, Stefan, and Caroline really want the cure to be found, is it now safe to say Klefaroline will team up? No? LOL YES. Caroline is totally Team Stefan and Stefan is sort of forced to be Team Klaus at the moment. So I could totally see a little Klefaroline action in our future.

WOOOO GO KLEFAROLINE. ;D ;D ;D i dont care if Hayley and Tyler get annoyed. Stefan already betrayed Tyler so I can see that happening again. And Caroline seems to be more in favour of what Stefan wants. Not Tyler. They both want Elena to be human.

It's starting to get ridiculous the amount of times the same characters get sent away each season. I know it's not realistic to give every character screen time in every episode, but if you have to keep sending characters on "vacations" to make room for other storylines then that's probably a sign that it's time to trim down the cast. And am I the only one who thinks the treatment of Bonnie is getting worse this season? I'm not even a Bonnie fan but I feel like she's had even less scenes this season.

I don't think they're sending Jeremy away. If I remember right, Jeremy is taken to the lakehouse by Elena and Bonnie to help him fight his demons. The "unconventional methods" comment made me think spells which is when Bonnie shows up. But I don't know if she has her magic back by 4x09 I think that April may have had more scenes than Bonnie. Although Bonnie played a large part of 4x01

It's better than the True Blood method of creating lame plots that keep characters busy who no one gives a fudge about anyway. I've never cared much for Bonnie, but at the end of season 3 I thought she'd get a bigger role on the show. The problem is that they established her as a vampire hating character. She cannot be included in most of the relationship drama that happens because her stance is always 100% predetermined. They've written her into a corner.

I'm no Bonnie fan either but she's definitely getting the short end of the stick so far this season. I feel like she's barely in the show anymore. But Kat Graham has a tough schedule since she's also pursuing a singing career now and she seems more focused on that, so perhaps that's why Bonnie has been MIA so much? That or they don't know what to do with her except for using her as a magical plot device. I also completely agree with the need to trim down the cast. It's gotten way too big and everyone (save the main three) gets neglected. Regulars like Matt, Jeremy and Tyler have become sort of bland, spending a big part of the past two seasons doing nothing. I'd gladly bid goodbye to any one of them. But watch Julie get rid of Klaus instead.

As much as a worry about our precious hybrid, I kind of think that JP & co are holding onto Joseph Morgan with both hands. I would be totally down for getting rid of some of the cast. Like Tania said, I wouldn't be upset about Matt/Tyler/Jeremy taking off, although I think Tyler would be the most in danger out of those 3. I think they are writing Tyler into a corner. You have to be either Team MF or Team Klaus and he's not in either camp at this point.

Even hating vampires gives the option for a storyline, though. Before the season started Julie was hyping up Bonnie having a "dark magic" storyline, but that only lasted for one episode.

I was wondering about Bonnie's dark magic too, where did it go? I wonder if it will come back into play later, with Prof. Shane "helping" her and all. I feel for Bonnie fans. I would hate to love a character and then have them be missing most of the time. At this point she's just being used to open things, it's kinda sad. I would be totally down for getting rid of some of the cast. Tyler right now is doing his own thing and I still have no idea how he's planning to get rid of Klaus, or what he even meant by that. Maybe when he finds out Hayley lied to him, he'll go back to being Team MF but I mean, no one really cares about him except for Caroline. And what's going to happen when she falls for his enemy? Who's gonna have his back then?

I agree that Bonnie's dark magic will come into play later in the season. Right now Shane is strengthening her dark magic. All in off-screenville.

When he finds out Hayley lied to him Tyler will probably take that as another chance to leave Mystic Falls again. I assume Klaus is going to find out what he's trying to do in episode 9 because of the synopsis and a lot of people think Klaus is going to kill his mom as punishment. If Tyler's mother dies and the girl who has helped nearly destroy his relationship with Caroline betrays him then there won't really be any reasons for Tyler to stay in Mystic Falls anymore. It's not like he can go to Elena and the Salvatores for support because they don't care about him.

I think it's based off of the episode 9 synopsis. Most of the speculation is coming from IMDb. It sounds like Klaus finds out in that episode that Tyler and Caroline have been lying and he makes someone pay. Obviously it's going to be someone Tyler cares about and it won't be Hayley since Phoebe Tonkin said she'll still be on the show next year.
