I just got back from standing in line for an hour. Good news is I have a caramel brullee in hand I had to settle for an iced caramel coffee today. And then I came home and took a 5 hour nap. It helped my headache a bit. Just watched the last two episodes of TVD with the hubby so now he is all caught up. He kept going on and on about the logistics of how long it would have taken to count all of those bricks, he was starting to drive me batty. He was very impressed with the use of the Christmas songs over the darker scenes though. He really liked that episode. My husband started out the season watching it with me, but it comes on right during the time that our 3yr goes to bed. So I'd have to wait until he got him to sleep. But my husband has the tendency to fall asleep with our son and I couldn't wait for him anymore..lol. I did have him watch the Klaus scenes from this last episode, though. What's funny is that we were talking about New Years Eve wishes last night and my wish list went as follows: 1. Kids are always healthy and happy 2. Klaus and Caroline get together It's bad, my obsession, but I don't care anymore.

Help!!! Need ideas for a social studies project that is small enough to be carried around for the day. Subject religion. Grade level: 7th She needs something portable because they are not allowed to stop at their lockers except for the beginning of the day, lunch time, and the end of the day. What about making a diorama, using a shoe box? She could then put the shoe box top on it while she is traveling to keep the contents safe.

Like when and where the religions started and the difference between the 2 religions Judiasm and Christianity.

Like when and where the religions started and the difference between the 2 religions Judiasm and Christianity. A diorama would work for something like that. She'd just take a box/shoebox and cuts out paper to cover the sides. Then she turns it on its side, with the inside of the box facing her. She'd then use the left side for Judiasm, the right for Christanity. She could draw something that she feels represents each and glue those in. Her comparison facts could then be written on tabs of construction paper (which could be reinforced with thin paper board) and glued along the inside edge so they stick out inside the box. The top and bottom could be used too. For clarity she could alternate colors and make sure that the facts go in the same order on each side.

I have finally talked my friend into watching TVD. I have seriously been bugging her for FOREVER about it. We're online friends on facebook and after episodes I would fill up her messages with gifs of Klaus..haha! I'm not even sorry. So anyway, she had watched the 1st episode last week and said she liked Stefan (yes, first half of Klefan is complete) and she told me she'd watch some more today. I'll keep you guys updates on the prognosis.

The finale of S1 really shocked me.

The finale of S1 really shocked me. I know. It feels like an entirely different show. When she was asking which one Stefan was she said "is he the one living with his uncle?" and I was like "oh yeah! The uncle!".

I converted a friend over the summer. When she finished season 2, she sent me an angry Klaus-needs-to-die text. SHE BROKE MY HEART. Thank god she saw the light eventually and we're still able to be friends. ;D
She's supposed to do a Season 4 marathon during the holidays. I warned her not to watch the Christmas episode on Christmas day LOL.

I warned her not to watch the Christmas episode on Christmas day LOL. I converted another friend over the summer as well. We don't really agree on ANY on-screen couples, so I wasn't surprised that she liked Delena and Forwood right off the bat...lol. However, she's slowly been creeping over to the Klaroline side and even called me after 4x09 and was like "omg, Klaus was awesome". Like you, I was like "ok, we can continue to talk " My other friend...it's not going so well. She doesn't like scary things and she keeps complaining about how Damon scares her. Haha! I go "what episode are you on? They focused more on the "horror" part early on" and she goes "episode 2". So, I don't think I'll be converting her to a fan. Oh well.

I've never watched it, but I've seen previews for it before. I wonder if that means she's not currently on TVD?

I've never watched it, but I've seen previews for it before. I wonder if that means she's not currently on TVD? I don't know. IMDB says it's filming location is LA. But it has a weird schedule. It started in June 2012 and ended the season after 10 episodes at the end of August 2012. Season 2 hasn't started yet. Source: www.imdb.com/title/tt2177489/That article said she was booked for 2 episodes with the possiblity of more.
