I haven't seen the episode yet (still half an hour to go, on my side of the country), but I couldn't resist the spoilers. I needed to bolster myself.
I knew it was gonna' be Hayley--it had to be the one character I really can't stand. Fanfiction.net is going to blow up after this episode, I predict.
I'm curious about the shirtless, but diseased and in pain comment. I totally support shirtless Klaus, but why is he diseased?

I'm with Dee, I'm not bothered by it at all. Klaus looked hot and franky, you go baby. He's been going after a girl for a year now (almost that long in TVD world too!) and getting nowhere, for the most part. If he wanted to hook up with the first girl who gave him doe eyes, then I am totally behind him. The scene itself was hot, so no complaints there, except maybe wishing it lasted longer. wink wink Caroline was brought up A LOT during their interactions, even going so far to say that Klaus totally let Tyler go. And then Elena throwing out "so you won't have to feel guilty about all the dirty thoughts you have about Klaus". They were making sure to bring our ship up a lot. I did have some issues with the whole Forwood stuff, though. At this point, that was break up #2. WE GET IT. {Spoiler}if this 4x19 scene isn't some sort of dream sequence or day dream I am going to scream. I do not need to see ANOTHER "I love you but we can't be together". The only thing I can see them doing with this particular scene was make it where they don't have to show Caroline calling Tyler all the time. At least I hope that's what they wanted to do with that scene. Steroline??!! Oh, hello there. Elena is just the worst. Like, I don't think I've ever disliked another TVD character the way I dislike her. She was not sassy and funny the way switch-off Stefan was. She was just mean and hurtful and tried TO KILL CAROLINE. It wasn't a stupid bluff like Stefan was doing with KLaus when he did the wickery bridge thing. She was legitimately going to stick a stake into her chest. It was insane and I am done, done done. If Damon likes her like that, I'm done with him too. |

I'm about twenty minutes into the episode, and holy garbage, Elena.
Still dreading/looking forward to the sex scene. I understand Klaus giving free rein to his sexual frustrations, but why Hayley? Be an adult about this...be an adult about this...be an adult about this...

so....i didn´t watch it....but I heard......I´m afraid to watch it, because I will probably vomit.....
how bad that scene was? was it long? were they kissing? or was it something like Debekah sex scene?
I heard that it was totally awkward and pointless....so If nothing else, I hope Caroline will find out and will be jealous, because otherwise I don´t know why it happened...

I agree with was said before: it was pointless. Honestly, but it has been mention that JP was probably testing the waters for the Klayley ship (I honestly do not see the chemistry, but I am more than a little biased). I watched, and... meh. JoMo is fanTASTIC, but we know that already  . But it doesn't mean that JP can expect us Klaroline shippers to be content with having another Klaus ship to jump to, especially with so much Klaroline being mentioned and Tyler going away for good. I just want a Klaroline scene. *pouts* |

Ok, I just saw the sex scene, and yeah, Klaus was hot (of course), but it seemed totally forced to me. Basically exactly what I was afraid it was going to be, which was a scene just sort of stuck in there as an excuse for Klaus to take his shirt off. At least it was short. And considering the fact that Hayley has already brought up Caroline twice, I think this scene is basically just going to be used to serve our ship, to show some jealousy on Caroline's part.

I don't think Tonkin's part was hot . I found the dialogue and flirting between them forced. I so far hadn't like the actress or character, but knew I'd seen very little of her. This over abundance of screen time didn't help me like the character or actress any better.
Steroline?! I hope this stays a Lexi like relationship.
Is Caroline going to live with Matt now. Tyler said something about the house and then protecting her. Klaus will have to get Matt's approval to get in the house. How's he going to pay the taxes and insurance on the house and truck insurance. Better be putting in triple shifts at the Grill.
Reason for Klayley? Don't know. So, we'd have a reason to see Hayley's birthmark. Do all werewolves have birthmarks to tell what "pack" they belong to? And possible so Caroline will find out and be jealous. I guess it was insure Hayley would help him with information on Katherine. And I'm sure Dee is right that they are testing out Klaus and Hayley.
Oh, and pure fanservice. They'd seen the shirtless Klaus Twitter Trends. I would have preferred a shower scene!

Well, If it will be Klaus/Hayley in Originals, then I really won't be able to watch it. I saw gifs on tumblr and I had enough...ewww. JOMO or no, it was distasteful.

This is a very insightful post on the scene linkinteresting,not saying it can't be like that, but I think theres a lot of "imagination" Julie Plec can have totally different thoughts about it. but I would really like to know If Klaus had sex all this times with random women "off screen" and we just didn't know it or this was really first time since he got to MF in S2??? They should explain it. I feel betrayed, because all this time no sex scene with him and when he finally has, its with Hayley. |

I think Tonkin is awful though. Sorry to any Tonkin fans, but she's almost painful for me to watch. I will admit that I haven't seen her in anything else, so maybe it's merely the character she plays that gets under my skin, but everything about her acting feels forced, like she's trying way too hard, mostly to be sexy.
