I'll watch tomorrow on the CW, but can't resist getting spoiled. You may be bruised by tomorrow because it sounds like a very face palm worthy episode. BTW....Kat...My husband wants to know what side of the road Canadians drive on. LOL im brusing already. He was freaking annoying and i wanted to punch a wall and right. was that supposed to be a joke? LOL ;D No, sadly, Kat...I think my husband was serious. We were in the car the other day and he was telling the kids that they drove on the left side of the road in Europe, but he didn't know what side they drove on in Canada. My guess is right...I'll google....We've never been to Canada. ;D edited to say...Yeah, I'm right!!!! right is right!

Donna, EPIC was used! Hahaha!
Still so confused on what Tyler thinks the plan is. Obviously what he thinks is going to happen is not, but I want to know what his little brain came up with.
I guess someone got Carina to answer them on twitter and she mentioned that they could still do what happened with Mikael on Klaus (which was already done to Klaus last season) which wouldn't affect the other vamps. But unless they have another witch ready to kill someone and do black magic, that ain't happening. watch them have someone..lol
Whatever it is, Stefan thinks it's enough of a threat to try to stop him, though. And probably go tell Klaus about it, since we know Klaus and Stefan are together.

I just finished watching the episode and for the most part I gotta say: LOL. No mention of Klaus at the girls party but I think it's safe to say, none of us were surprised. It also looked like Caroline was giving up the judging so hopefully she goes back to her normal self. I felt bad for Damon but at least he knows the sire bond doesn't affect Elena's feelings. Those hybrids signed their death sentence by accepting Tyler as their alpha. I bet they're all history next episode. I loved that one of the hybrids pointed out that Klaus wouldn't like them hurting Caroline and then Kimberly responded by threatening to stake her. The promo for next week made me squee. Klaus is so freaking smoking hot, I can't handle it. I really hope we see some Klefaroline action

He's just unknowingly sentenced them to whatever plan Shane and Hayley have. Plus the fact he's an 18 year old kid who has barely been a werewolf for a year. It is just so funny I can't stand it. I really hope Trevino has a few episodes where he's gone because I just need a break from this story line. Klaus! Mercy! That open collared shirt? I'll give the costume department props because they sure know how to dress him. I am a weirdo and have been trying to figure out if he's wearing a necklace, but I can't tell. I'd say a good chance of Klefaroline action!

I'd say a good chance of Klefaroline action! I have looked at the Klefaroline tumblr tbh and it is going crazy. Okay now for thoughts on the episode...I kept expecting Klaus to come out of the dark and save Caroline, because that is what he does! But oh, plot twist, it is Elena! Way to stop an argument girls! But to be fair, I think Caroline has a right to voice her concern about Elena with Damon, remember, it has only been a year since Caroline and Damon hooked up. Remember when Caroline had to clear dating Matt with Elena? Elena should have asked Caroline the same thing. Yes, Damon has grown a little. But. A. Little... Absolutely disappointed Bonnie and Elena did not question Caroline about Klaus. Disappointed that Klaus was only mentioned in name to talk about breaking the sire bond. Tyler, I am not understanding the plot line there. And I may be imagining things, I saw angst in Tyler at Caroline being chained up, but it seems like she was focusing on Elena, the stake and NOT Tyler. Did she blame him for being captured, or is their relationship about done for? And how can Tyler risk taking out Klaus while putting his, the hybrids, and Caroline's life in danger (I know he could care less about the Salvatores at this point). I love flashbacks. But I was thrown, I totally thought from the storyline that Damon was going to war to take the 12 souls, because when else would you do so? But I missed the part of the innocent souls. Shout out to whoever caught "Lettie Mae" , aka Tara's mom from TB. Seems like the writers really have responded to how much everyone misses the friendship of Caroline and Stefan. But I felt like I wasted a week waiting for more Klaroline scenes, and nothing.....

I think "the pack" only accepted Tyler as their alpha out of fear, like they just did it to save their lives at that moment, not because they truly believe Tyler can be the boss, and I particularly noticed that the camera took a lot more time focusing on the unsired hybrid, that one's loyalty is still Klaus', no matter that he bowed at the end, he's still sired, only Tyler can actually buy that fully "acceptance"; I guess he's just so power hungry to even notice...

Ok, dont kill me, but I kinda thought Tyler was being a BAMF but that doesnt make me cool with his plan LOL just saying ;D Delena.....*sigh* no comment. I did feel sorry for Damon though. Elena [censored]ed me off so much though. My fav moment for her was when she said hitting klaus where it hurts involves her getting hurt, not Caroline. i dont get how fans hated that when it was meant to save her Hayley and Shane....Im surprised Hayley didnt kill him on the spot. and I just realized that when klaus kills the twelve hybrids, it'll work perfectly with his plan, no? Bonnie was great in this episode too I think Caroline was overdoing the judgy thing again but i dont like how elena basically called her a [censored] when she knows perfectly well what really occured with Daroline Steroline was awesome, love how Caroline is looking out for him and I forsee them working together to protect Klaus next ep, for sure. Sorry Tyler Charlotte was crazy indeed and LOL I love Stefan's sassy comment on her listening to the same song ;D

I'm not sure if they are done for or not, but it's got to be headed that way. They've been having angst and jealously issues since episode 5 and him untying her from the chains would have been a perfect chance to have some "I love you's" and meaningful looks. But they didn't! They didn't show ANYTHING. That speaks volumes to me. The writers obviously want them to go into next episode still on the wrong foot. Maybe they want to reconcile them next episode or maybe they want to push them even farther apart when Caroline sides with Stefan.
I might be biased, but I seriously think Forwood is done for very soon. They might be together for a while longer, but they are not end-of-season material.
Does anyone still think Hayley and Tyler are related? I am STILL seeing that rumor around the TC fans. Would the writers seriously make them flirt, have Hayley have a crush, have Hayley rub her hands around his mouth!! if they were going to pull a cousin/sister card?

LET ME TALK ABOUT ALL THE ISSUES I HAVE WITH THE HYBRID STORYLINE. First of all, let's make this clear: freeing the hybrids of their sire-bond is a good cause and I'm not against that. Also, I'm tired of Klaus's storyline being all about his hybrids and I'm not opposed to Tyler becomeing their "dad" if it allows Klaus to go to other, more interesting places as a character. Now on to the things I didn't like: 1) For all his new-found confidence, Tyler is still getting influenced by Hayley way too much. It's like he stopped being Klaus' [censored] and became Hayley's [censored] instead. Sired much Ty? 2) He claims he doesn't force people's loyalty, but five minutes later he is all "submit or die". Sorry, but that's some level A hypocricy. And it gave me Klaus vibes, even if Tyler was declaring passionately that he is not like him. 3) The "let's take Klaus down" part. Obviously, I am bothered by this. How is it going to happen anyway? And I don't think that Tyler's motivation against Klaus has anything to do with the other hybrids. It's 50% revenge because of what he did to him and 50% jealousy for putting the moves on his girl (especially since his gril is starting to enjoy it). 4) No matter what his big plan is, alpha male Tyler is still being manipulated big time by Hayley and the professor. While he thinks that he's the one doing grande things, in fact he's serving someone else's purpose. He's being used and he has no idea. His plan isn't even his plan, it's an idea that Hayley put into his head for completely different reasons that what Tyler thinks. Actually, scratch that, I like the last point. Because Tyler being played by Shane's team is much more believable than Tyler outsmarting everyone. Good to see that while playing klaus he's being played himself. Oh the irony! Now that the hybrids have pledged their loyalty to Tyler, won't it be funny if they all end up dead in 4x09? Shane will obviously make his move sooner or later and Tyler may very well end up with 12 dead hybrids on his conscience. And I will laugh hysterically if that happens. Actually, I NEED this to happen. I need Tyler's plan to fail epically. And I need Klaus to kick his butt. Mods, I posted this here because it's my reaction to the hybrid stuff in the episode. But if you think I'm in the wrong topic, let me know.

I really hope Shane plays MF gang so we can have Jeremy killing the 12 hybrids with Klaus's permission, this would help grow his tattoo & (Klaus) will teach a lesson to Tyler puppet Lockwood, with the cure & elena human again he can make as many more as he wants dunno if this post goes here either :S

Just got done watching the episode. Actually I didn't think Caroline was THAT bad. She has reasons to hate Damon. She seemed to have thought Damon knew he had a sire bond over here and took advantage of Elena. She DOES need to learn when to stand back and let a friend make their own mistakes. And she was very drunk and maybe stoned and people fly off at the mouth in that state. Why did they have to perform a locator spell to find Care? Why a chance to advertise those handy dandy GPS locate your friend phones they hawked on 3x21. Must have left her phone at home. Kat, not sure at all why anyone would hate on Elena. She was just trying to save Caroline. Tyler saying he didn't kill his friends to get what he wanted and then ripping out Kimberly's heart? Ummm.... I'd agree with a PP that said the hybrids probably agreed to Tyler as their alpha out of fear. And that Tyler is getting his strings pulled by Hayley. And yeah, I'm not sure sure of Tyler's motives. I wasn't quite so sure what Shane meant when he said that it didn't mean Hayley couldn't see her parents again. I've seen a lot of speculation that he means to raise the dead. But it could have meant that she would see them again on the other side after he killed her. I didn't count the hybrids in barn. Hayley told Shane at the beginning of the episode that they had 11 unsired and 1 sired hybrid. But then Kimberly was killed. Does this mean that either Hayley or Tyler will have to take Kimberly's place in Shane's master plan? Would like to have seen the scene were Damon told Elena to leave him alone and forget about him. Lexi, was it really a great idea to send a guy that is ONLY 20 years out of being a ripper into war? She was really overbearing in this episode. Maybe an "addictions counselor" has to be that way. I felt she was little harsh on Damon. Especially when it can be considered that at times Damon was the more moderate brother and didn't even want to complete his transition, but Stefan goaded him into it. Where are the spirits when you need them to warn Bonnie that she's falling into a bad guys trap? If there is a loop hole to get around killing Klaus....Grrrrrr. And Kat...that's it...I'm disowning you. ;D ;D ;D ;D
