Hmm--I don't know. I'm still banking on a Silas development, simply because I think he's going to turn out to be way beyond anything Klaus has ever even seen in terms of power. We still don't know what he is--he drinks blood, so that suggest vampire, but he is also either some kind of actual shapeshifter, or is causing Bonnie to hallucinate. He's not possessing Shane because we saw Shane still on the island. I think Klaus will finally meet his match--maybe Silas doesn't even need the white oak stake to kill him, and Klaus is in real danger, which spawns this Klaroline moment that is apparently so worthy of mention.
I don't want a kiss while he is diseased, though, unless Caroline is just overcome with feels and kisses him because she realizes she is afraid of losing him. I just don't want some kind of pity kiss.

Im honestly scared for Klaus in this episode and I bet so will Caroline; to the point where she comes to terms with her feelings. not 100% but just a good chunk, you know? a pity kiss wouldnt bother me because she wouldn't even give one if she hated him anyways ;P does that make sense? |

The 'diseased and in pain' comment really makes me think something happens with Silas. I could certainly be wrong, but that's my guess, and I think it will indeed scare Caroline and force her to face some difficult truths.
I don't really think she would give him a pity kiss, but she is, at heart, a compassionate person, and she knows he loves her, and if she thought he was dying anyway...I don't think it will happen, though. I think we'll either get no kiss until later on in the season (I'm almost 100% positive we will get one before he heads out for the spin-off), or else she kisses him because she was scared for him, and it was just sort of one of those in-the-moment things.

Just the looks on their faces will speak volumes. im really looking forward to caroline's especially. ugh. bless them |

Yeah, I think the "disease" or whatever it really is, has to do with Silas. The synopsis does say that Klaus comes to a new understanding of Silas' power. Also, I think the reason why Caroline might be reluctant to help him at first, will have to do with her finding out he slept with Hayley. She could very well find out about this in 4x17 but not actually bring it up and argue about it until 4x18.

I really do think their sex scene was at least partially there to move our ship forward in some way. I think it's definitely possible they wanted to test the potential chemistry between the characters for the spinoff, but I'm still convinced it's going to push Caroline to realize a few things. They are obviously leading up to something on her end, I'm sure of it. |

I also think that the whole K/H sex scene was to shake things up between KC. Caroline has to finally admit that she has feelings for Klaus, it's the only way this whole sex scene would make some sort of sense. |

That's why I've always been pretty confident that Caroline will carry over to the spin-off in some way, certainly not as a regular (at least at first), but I do think she will cross over. They have known about the potential for this spinoff and have been planning for it for quite some time, and yet they have continued to build this relationship on TVD. There have been many chances for them to cut it off at the pass, but instead they just keep moving it forward, slowly but steadily. It makes no sense for them to do this, only to have Klaus make his exit at the end of the season and never again interact with her. You don't built up a couple like this if you don't have plans for them.

I'm sort of afraid my blonde angel is going to meet his death but can I please have a Vaughn/Klaus close arguing scene? Their blonde scruff all close to each other and their voices and dhsjdhaSDLKJAd. |
