btw, If Connor dies, what villain will be there? (except Klaus) Well there's still the Professor, and supposedly another slayer will take Connor's place if he dies. TVD must be using Buffy as inspiration for "The Five" storyline.

Just read Price Peterson's recap and he's predicting that Rebekah's main squeeze from "the Five" Alexander will come back at some point. Interesting!

I was saying the same thing before the episode aired. Usually characters who appear in flashbacks show up in present time later.

He looked kinda dead when he was pinned up to the wall. How could he come back. Super healing? Ghost?

I think Klaus saying he was going to Italy freaked everyone out a bit. Haha, seriously. I'm anxious to see what role, if any, Tyler will play in the group once him and Caroline break up. And how he offered up hybrids to help....dude, you aren't the boss of them. I don't know. My irritation with Tyler just keeps growing. Yes! I was thinking the same thing. He's trying to be part of the group so much, so I'm also looking forward to seeing how that will change once he no longer has Caroline. Seems like he's always been irrelevant to Damon & Stefan. They're not the whole group, but they do make most of the decisions and without Caroline he's kinda just there.

If Esther can be brought back from the dead even though her heart was ripped out by her own son then Alexander could be resurrected by a spell too. Although there could be another reason. Maybe Alexander is a supernatural himself and Klaus thinks he killed him but he really didn't.

And what are the consequences? Will Bonnie have her magic back in time? And can it make those big muscles travel through time? Or improve his acting?

I think the five are born with the instinct to kill vampires. and if they were supernatural, the tattoo would be irrelavent everytime they killed a vampire imo.

I think the five are born with the instinct to kill vampires. and if they were supernatural, the tattoo would be irrelavent everytime they killed a vampire imo. There's been a lot of supernaturals wanting to kill other supernaturals, though. Mikael was a vampire who hunted vampires and nearly every witch we've seen has some kind of grudge against vampires. I don't think the tattoos would be irrelevant if Alexander was a supernatural. The tattoos involve some kind of magic which is supernatural itself. These hunters already have some kind of supernatural aspect to them just because of those tattoos alone. There's something not human about "The Five" that gives them Buffy-like qualities which allow them to hunt vampires better than an average human hunter like Alaric could. You could be right that they're born with the instinct to hunt vampires, but that sounds like a new type of supernatural species to me since normal humans are not born with the urge to kill vampires. Maybe uber vamp Alaric was meant to be an introduction to a new type of vampire hunters? Like immortal slayers?

Both Elijah and Klaus have woken up from being daggered/dessicated with fancy new hairdo's so it can't be THAT hard.

I wonder if Klaus and Stefan will find the cure in this episode as Elena has hallucinations in 6! Vampires are dead so they can't have this kind of things ! so maybe elena is a human again in the 6 and probably with side effects ! ( alexander had lied about the cure)

( alexander had lied about the cure) Nah, the "cure" is going to be a season long arc, I'd assume. The hallucinations are probably either from some more werewolf venom or (and the more likely one) just from her special, special doppelganger blood.
