Wasn't sure if to post it here or in the other thread since I don't know if they'll decide on Carol's cause of death in this episode or down the road. But I was right they'll rule Carol's death an accidental drowning due to being drunk. A nice interview with Susan Walters. insidetv.ew.com/2012/12/13/vampire-diaries-midseason-finale-death/

But she's probably right anyway. On the other hand, Julie's interviews gave me the impression that TC will find out it was Klaus who did it so I don't know what to think...

When Tyler finds out it was Klaus who killed her, the whole group will know too. So I bet it's just an excuse they'll give for her death to the people of the town, especially if she says that Liz Forbes will be in the next episode

GOOD new about episode 10 it talks about rebekah TVLINE | Does she go after Klaus? No, no, no. She’s saving Klaus. She’s saving Klaus for another time, another day. First thing first, she’s trying to get back at Stefan.

Can you send me the link to the interview that says TC will find out? Thanks. She didn't say it it in any of her interviews. Just the way she talked about the Tyler/Klaus and Caroline/Klaus situation gave me the vibe that they'll find out. It was just my own impression, sorry for the confusion. I wish they found out immediately tbh. The sooner we get this out of the way, the better. But I doubt it will happen that way.

Or maybe it would be better after Carol's death becomes less painful. It'd stink for Caroline if she gets married to Klaus and he tells her after several hundred years. Or it comes out on it's own.

It's funny because yesterday I thought it would be better if they considered it an accident too. I needed a break from the ongoing Klaus/Tyler war. But today i've changed my mind, mostly because I think that the more Klaus keeps it to himself, the more it will be held against him in the end (both on the show and off the show_aka in the fandom). Julie said that Klaus' relationship with Caroline will suffer "a severe setback" because of his actions and I don't think the slaughter of the hybrids is a sufficient reason for that. Yes, their death was brutal, but they were planning to take him down so he was on the defense in a way (whereas Carol was murdered for revenge, because he wanted to, not because he had to do it). And if the previous episodes are any indication, Caroline didn't care much about the hybrids anyway. I think that's why I assumed that the truth about carol gets revealed soon...

I think it would interesting if Klaus didn't come right out and say it. Just little digs about it to get Tyler thinking "did he or didn't he?".
I think that Rebekah will PLAN on going after Klaus at a later date, but then they'll have to team up together before that really happens. She's not going to kill him or anything, so I'm not real sure what her revenge could be, unless it's going after the cure herself so that Klaus can't make hybrids. Luckily JoMo said that his hybrid-making isn't quiet as far up on his list as it was.
I want to see Klamon now! I was cheering when Damon of all people was like "kill Tyler or tell Klaus and let him kill Tyler". Damon, I am liking you more and more..lol

I can see Rebekah and Kol wanting to find the cure to destroy it. Klaus/Stefan/Damon wanting the cure for Elena. And Tyler still being stubborn over wanting Klaus gone and not caring one bit about finding the cure. Now where does Caroline's allegiance lie? That is the million dollar question. She's been wavering. She wants to be there for Stefan and Elena but as soon as Tyler gets mad at her all she wants to do is make him happy

I just hope Tyler doesn't try to join the "race for the cure" to use it against Klaus. JP said that Tyler isn't really thinking of revenge right off the bat. He's more in a mourning period and when he DOES try to figure out a way to get back at Klaus, it looks bleak. So fingers crossed that particular war will be over for a while. I just can't deal with anymore kill-Klaus stuff right now.
