Pretty much everyone you guys have listed, although I also love reading Erin's "recaps" which are mainly just reactions to the episode. She's a hardcore Stefan fan and obviously Stelena AND she also loves Klaus and Caroline winestainedlife.comI read hers, Thomas Galvin, and Price Peterson's recaps every week. Although Price is forever my favorite I used to read No White Noise's recaps but then I forgot about them and stopped LOL. I now only read them whenever I come across them on Tumblr.

I too love Price Peterson's recaps! And there's also Carrie Raisler at the AV Club...she covers a lot on Elena and the love triangle and since, I usually never bother myself with Elena's character while watching, I find her reviews oddly enlightening. Here's the latest one: www.avclub.com/articles/o-come-all-ye-faithful,89396/

I'm so sad about Price Peterson I wanted him to get all excited about Klaus having his own show and I know he would have photo recapped it.

Price isn't going to photo recap anymore? No...At least not for a while. Apparently he gets to do some bigger project and he doesn't have time for recaps anymore. I'll miss him dearly. He was my main source of Original love in review-land.

Reading Thomas Galvin's 4x10 review and, of course, he weighs in on the spin-off idea: Part of what he says I agree with (like how the Originals have overpowered most of the other characters in terms of interest), but some other bits make me wonder if he watches a different show than me. Issue No1: TVD does NOT focus on Damon and Stefan, it focuses on Damon, Stefan AND Elena. In fact, it focuses on the brothers' relationship with Elena way more than their relationship with each other. And I don't think the show is at its best when it goes to the Delena vs Stelena plot. On the contrary, the writing for them has been pretty uninspiring for a while now and that is one of the biggest complaints by the fans. Issue No2: I cannot for the life of me understand when/where Galvin saw that "it's pretty clear" Phoebe has more chemistry with Joseph than anyone else in the cast. They breathed the same air for, like, 10 seconds. How could he possibly come to such a clear conclusion is beyond me...To be clear, I'm not saying PT/JM won't have chemistry in the new show, I'm just saying it's impossible to judge when they have shared the screen for such little time. It's weird, I haven't seen TSC and I have no opinion on Tonkin, but it seems like noone in the fandom likes the idea of Hayley in the spin-off yet all media outlets are in love with her.

Yeah, the media LOVES Phoebe and LOVES the idea of Klaus and Hayley. I remember in 4x06 when Hayley got in Klaus' face a bit and Klaus was like "don't tempt me little wolf" Price Peterson gushed over it. Talking about how Klaus probably liked that she wasn't immediately intimidated by him. I'm not on the "I hate Hayley" bandwagon yet, so as right now her being on the show doesn't bother me much, but it is interesting how different the majority of the fandom and the media perceive that character. *rushes off to read his recap*

Has anyone tried to read the tv.com reviews now that Price Peterson has left? I feel bad for saying this, but I'm not feeling the new guy at all. His reviews aren't very engaging and I feel like he isn't very interested in the show himself. *sigh* I just can't help thinking about all the amazing development these past few episodes had for Klaus and Rebekah (= Price's favorites) and imagining the awesome comments he would have made about them...
